Eucalyptus Radiata Org Ess Oil

Adults = 18 years: Not for oral use. For occasional use only.
Steam inhalation: 3-12 drops to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer. Inhale for 5 to 10 minutes up to 3 times per day.
Direct inhalation: 1-6 drops to a tissue and inhale occasionally up to 3 times per day.

Bath: 2-8 drops with the same amount of Puressentiel neutral Base and Shower before adding it to the bath. Remain in the bath for 10 minutes for maximum benefit. Use 2 drops the first time up to a maximum of 8 drops, once daily.

Dilution of essential oil: Mix 2 to 8 drops with 5mL of vegetable oil.
Local application: Apply diluted oil to targeted area up to 3 times per day.
Body massage: Apply once daily. Do not use essential oil undiluted directly on the skin.
