Hydralyte is a scientifically formulated rapid rehydration drink that rehydrates faster than water alone. Hydralyte uses a proprietary formula containing a precise amount of glucose and electrolytes to combat dehydration related to Exercise, Travel, Cold and Flu, Travel and Alcohol.

Empty the contents of one packet into 200ml of fresh, cold drinking water (for babies under 6 months, use cool boiled water). Allow the granules to dissolve.
