Shampoo
Apply to wet hair, lather and leave on for 1 to 2 minutes, rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.

Conditioner
Apply after shampooing with the Deep Cleansing Shampoo. Massage and comb through hair. Allow to penetrate for 1 to 2 minutes. Rinse well with cool water.
