Take for 15 days. May be repeated periodically throughout the year. For optimal results, take with plenty of fibre and probiotics. Avoid red meat, dairy, gluten, sugar and alcohol. Because this product contains natural diuretics, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking products containing diuretics or if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, a kidney disorder or edema (swelling of the hands, face or feet). Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you experience symptoms of serious low blood sugar such as sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, and confusion, or develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and loss of appetite.
