Our milk thistle powder is a traditional liver support and excellent for liver regeneration. Milk thistle contains silymarin, a flavonoid which is great at fighting free radical damage. It has a nutty, mildy bitter flavour. Mix one tsp with hot water to make milk thistle tea, or blend into salads, soups and smoothies. You can also take it straight, with a glass of water. We cold-press our milk thistle seeds in small batches to remove the oils, resulting in a concentrated powder rich in nutrients. Our milk thistle is sourced directly from farmers in Eastern Europe.
