Nipple Butter: Apply as needed to nipples and after each feeding. Rub or massage gently if sensitivity allows. Provides best moisturizing properties when applied to damp skin after a bath or shower.

Push Perineum/Bottom Balm: Apply as needed with clean hands to the affected area, rub or massage gently if sensitivity allows. Provides best moisturizing properties when applied to damp skin after cleansing.

Postpartum Bath Herbs: Allow to steep in warm water for a calming sitz bath. Alternately, soak with cool water or witch hazel lotion and apply directly to the perineum after childbirth.
