As with any natural health product, you should consult a healthcare practitioner on the use of this product. If you are pregnant, taking a daily multivitamin mineral supplement along with this product may result in constipation, diarrhoea, and/or vomiting due to high intake of iron. Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. There is enough drug in this package to seriously harm a child.
