Uncle Lee's Premium Organic Black Tea (camellia sinensis) comes from high in the mountains of the Fujian Province in China and is grown and fermented without pesticides, only with natural fertilizer and with consideration for the preservation of the ecosystem. Black Tea is one of the most ancient tradition for today's health. Black Tea contains flavonoids, which have antioxidant potentials. Due to its oxidization, Black Tea should be brewed at higher temperatures in order to release the antioxidants. The caffeine content of our organic black tea is below industry average at approximately 35 to 55 mg of caffeine per cup. Our tea bags are always oxygen bleached without the use of any chemicals. Packaged in a 40-count box, this pack size is a great value to your everyday tea drinking.
