Holistic Skin Care for Mom & Baby

For the nursing mom: 1 tsp of tea per cup with 100C water. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain and enjoy! Drink 1-3 cups daily. For bottle fed baby: 1-2 droppers full of tea(1/2 teaspoon)can be added to babies formula. Up to three times a day.
